At Mass&Deebs Branding Agency, we strive to provide high-quality services and products to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are applicable for various services offered.
1. General Refund Policy
1.1 Custom Goods and Services: All custom goods and services (such as designs, prints, media production, and event coordination) are non-refundable once the Buyer has approved the final design or proof.
1.2 Third-Party Services: As Mass&Deebs works with third-party vendors for printing, event planning, and media production, refunds related to the performance or quality of third-party services will be subject to the policies of those vendors. Mass&Deebs acts only as a facilitator and cannot be held liable for the quality or delivery of these third-party services.
1.3 Approval Responsibility: The Buyer is responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production. Refunds will not be issued for errors or dissatisfaction with items that were approved by the Buyer.
2. Defective or Misprinted Goods
2.1 Reporting Defects: Defects or misprints must be reported within 7 days of receipt. The Buyer must provide photographic proof of the defect and return the defective item before a refund or reprint will be processed.
2.2 Eligibility for Refund or Reprint: If the defect is verified by Mass&Deebs, the Buyer may be eligible for either a reprint of the defective item or a partial refund at the discretion of Mass&Deebs. Refunds will not exceed the total amount paid for the defective goods.
3. Printing Services
3.1 Color Variations: Due to the nature of the printing process, slight color variations may occur. Mass&Deebs will make reasonable efforts to achieve color consistency; however, refunds will not be issued for minor color differences.
3.2 Third-Party Printer Issues: Printing services are handled by third-party vendors, and any issues with print quality will be resolved in accordance with the policies of those third-party printers. Mass&Deebs will assist in facilitating resolutions but is not responsible for third-party errors.
4. Media Services
4.1 Approval and Alterations: Once media content (photos, videos, etc.) is approved by the Buyer, it is considered final. Requests for significant alterations after approval will incur additional charges and are not grounds for a refund.
4.2 Third-Party Media Production: Media production services may be provided by third-party vendors. Refunds related to third-party media services will be subject to the vendor's policies.
5. Event Planning Coordination
5.1 Third-Party Event Planning: Mass&Deebs works with third-party event planners to facilitate event services for the Buyer. Any issues related to the performance or quality of third-party event planning are not eligible for refunds from Mass&Deebs.
5.2 Vendor Performance: Refunds will not be provided for issues arising from the actions or performance of third-party vendors involved in event services. The Buyer must address these concerns directly with the third-party vendor.
6. Social Media Management
6.1 Performance Disclaimer: Mass&Deebs makes every effort to maximize engagement and reach, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes from social media campaigns. Refunds will not be provided based on performance that falls short of expectations.
6.2 Content Approval: All content drafts must be approved by the Buyer before posting. Refunds are not available for content that was approved by the Buyer, even if the expected engagement results are not met.
7. Return Shipping Costs
7.1 Return of Defective Products: The Buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs for any defective products. Refunds or reprints will only be processed upon verification of the defect once the item is returned.
8. Non-Refundable Deposits
8.1 Deposits: For large projects, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to initiate work. This deposit covers initial costs and time invested and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation by the Buyer.
9. Third-Party Liability
9.1 Third-Party Vendor Policies: Mass&Deebs acts as a coordinator for third-party services, including printing, media production, and event planning. Any claims or disputes regarding third-party services must be addressed directly with those providers. Mass&Deebs is not liable for third-party performance, and refunds related to third-party services are subject to the policies of those vendors.
10. Timeframe for Refund Requests
10.1 7-Day Refund Request Window: All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the product or completion of the service. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered, and the Buyer waives all rights to seek compensation.
